Odds? Long. Plausible though. I mean not fanciful. Long odds though.
If you're a young person playing the market trying to get rich I think I'd stay clear of this one, unless you've developed a hobbyist's fascination with its story.
MAXD is who should be explaining the lawsuit to its investors.
No surprise they have been quiet about the EA lawsuit, since it actually had something resembling a victory... and MAXD management seems to only issue press releases on the (MANY!) times it loses
