exactly, i have 350mil reasons if that means anything as well.

Clean shell and the $620,000 in company debt looks to have been monotized at company stock at .0001 and no one is just gonna walk away or be able to walk away from that and I think that fact also rules out any sort of reverse split like the other "pump and dump" BS stocks too which helps confidence.

I have a feeling you are like me, I know what I see here.

Going "dark" , "deregistered" as a class of security and not reporting also saves them the $100,000+ it cost just to be current as well.

But that also limits them in how they can promote (by SEC REGS) the actual stock, which is why they post 3rd party stories , articles , and even in the Oct Hightimes article , dave is the CEO of weedhire.com but NO mention of the stock
