Getting the E shouldn't make it go pink for awhile. However, If the SEC should halt the stock and do an investigation into all the forward looking PR's then it will probably have to come back as a pink.

Getting an E doesn't imply that the Company is going the pinky route, if so 90% of the Companies on OTC would be in pinky land.
Just look at how many Companies I listed are getting an E, happens all the time, no big deal.
But I do expect Howard to step up to the plate and get that Q filed right away, if nothing else the E is a blemish and should be removed pronto.
The time is fast approaching for CHDT to start laying some cards on the table, we know they have a full deck to choose from.
Anyone and I mean anyone who would use the E letter to put fear into investors should be ashamed as they know better and are working on a agenda.
Do proper DD and don't let anyone on a chat Board be your only DD either Buying or Selling.

Not to worry La-kings-phan.....I think the "E" can stay awhile before anything happens..........I doubt that this will go to pink land. But if it did, you can still trade. Howard won't let it happen. The company is on the move.........

That would mean the 100's of millions of shares owned by insidersa would all be worthless too. Not gonna happen in that respect. They the insiders own way more than the common stock holder unlike most otc and pinkies where the insiders own nothing than they don't care.

Why on earth would Howard blow everything he has going for HIMSELF.... so I am not worried about it what so ever.
