I am surprised that none of the posts today have gone into why there has been such delays. It could be that when they looked into the books of one of the subsidiaries they saw something irregular.This is just an opinion. Some years ago I was invested in a stock which could not file because a fully owned subsidiary questioned their acquisition settlement and refused to show the books even after a court injunction. that was finally settled in the courts. I hope that this is not the case here but two delays have me worried. Having said this, I averaged down a bit today. Sold a stock which has gone up a bit since while my purchase of CHDT is showing a small loss.
