So the CEO does a radio interview last Saturday; all but saying the efficiency level should be at least 20% sometime early this past week....

No efficiency percentages are released but they sneak in another Private Placement?

If it was over 20%, they wouldn't need another PP, as not only the share price would've appreciated but additionally funding offers would increase.

Who would buy this PP when the share price is well under the PP price? What (still) bothers me the most about this is, here is a company with outstanding breakthrough technology, and yet there appears to be no significant backer like a GE or Tesla. Once a backer emerges with a large amount of cash to fund this, we might continue to flounder.
