I think we discussed before, but I believe one reason nobody talks about the delivery system being a main part of BPTH is that it looks like the delivery system is no longer protected by any patents because they all expired. Anyone can use the delivery system without BPTH now, so there isn't any value to the company in the delivery system alone.
