Jeffrey Klein was indeed indicted on securities fraud charges. This is $RXMDs attorney.

To say it's not the same guy is flat out misleading. Just check the age of the indictment, his age at the time and his age now. Same guy. Also, he works on his own now and with no other firms, wonder why.

Only represents RXMD, find me others he represents, I'll wait.

Pretty hard to find anything on the guy since he has a virtual office.

All true statements and makes the company highly suspect. I still hold this stock in the hopes that the audits do happen in a timely manner. I will not invest more than a calculated amount I am willing to lose but since the audits may come I will wait and watch. All of what you linked is important and it's a good firm doing the audits are known for their forensic auditing.
