All true statements and makes the company highly suspect. I still hold this stock in the hopes that the audits do happen in a timely manner. I will not invest more than a calculated amount I am willing to lose but since the audits may come I will wait and watch. All of what you linked is important and it's a good firm doing the audits are known for their forensic auditing.
