What Brokerage Firm will let you buy and sell this stock online?

TDA will let me sell but not buy this morning. Called in as well but you can't even buy this stock over the phone. He originally told me I could but when he went to place the order for a much lower price he said I couldn't even buy the stock over the phone. No reason why though.
