I doubt Rich or the TM attorney forgot to file.

Why waste money pursuing and fighting for a TM which you are not likely to get.

The reason that trademark was abandoned is because they went with this one instead, and it is owned by United Spirits.

Believe me, I have STRUGGLED with whether or not ICNB is legit, because I have never seen anything that links them and United Spirits together as being co-companies or connected in any way business-wise.
