I don't think it seems right that a company would declare bankruptcy just to avoid a law suit. Why crash and burn your company, rather than pay money and buy a license while walking out alive? Trustwave isn't the czar of Russia vs napoleon. They don't need to eradicate their company, because they can survive this lawsuit.

Has anybody ever taken into consideration of Singtel buying SFOR? Since you know we're playing the hypothetical game. They got a really bad deal buying trustwave when they don't even own the patents. Lol so bitter
