the problem was with quality and consistency...they addressed quality only...

I thought his error was thinking the 2 were separate issues. HE thought there was more to it than consistency. Consistency was THE quality issue. That was what I wanted to clarify. Yankee said the same thing, without directly contradicting the subtle error mojo is making. The only quality issue ever discussed, was the exact reason Charlie rejected early samples.
