What is wrong with the conclusion?

Kim is a lawyer and has historically twisted his words in PRs so as to not lie, but to paint a fairly deceptive picture. I generally don't like to immediately buy into or dismiss things based on forum posts without doing my own DD, so I am not saying that Mojo is absolutely 100% correct in his conclusion, but him bringing it up has allowed me to take a second look at my reaction to the newsletter and realize that I might have been too quick to immediately and completely dismiss my previous suspicions regarding the quality issues.

I think Yankee and Jazz were bringing up good points on what the quality issues were likely all about and their points makes the most sense in my mind and fits with the conclusion I came to following the newsletter, but I like to try to take everything into account when I can. It may not include the whole picture of what has been the issue with MS production.
