I think that was when they were close to getting the financing for a refinery to go into the Dakota's... but that deal fell through... now with the new deal on the table... and if all continues to proceed towards fruition... no reason... IMHO... we won't see $1.24 again... or even higher...??? I think all the numbers... will be similar to what they were in the prior failed attempt...
