I suspect walgreen is buying through banks involved in the deal, investing here 2 to 3 Billion $ and deal is confirmed because they will own more than 50% shares and they will will reap 1 Billion $ profit.
We should ask a question Questions is who is buying 50 to 100 Million shares a day, they are flushing margin buyers by dropping prices and taking stop loss out IMHOP.
