Roger, nice to communicate with you again. No I would not, but selling it at this point would not make a lot of sense. I really dont think the new proxy vote will succeed at the newly offered price. According to the last filing one will be necessary. I also read in one of the filings that executive management had some "compensation" carved out for them selves. If the deal does go away, so should the management.
