It would seem very plain to see that AVXL and BIIB are partnering for MS, they are working on the solution as they work out the numbers for the agreement. The partnership or as Biogen likes to say "collaboration" numbers being somewhat contingent on the "trust but verified" testing Biogen is doing on A2-73. The possibility even remote that there is more clarity on this Feb 6th before the open MIGHT be driving the stock price and the "out of the money call options."
