True. But another thing to consider is that the convertible debt arrangement would appear to have created a number of vary large shareholders. It seems plausible that the large shareholders might be having "shareholders meetings" of an exclusive kind, in which they are focused at least primarily on their interests. I'm not sure there's any plausible voice for small shareholders. I feel for the ones who bought because they supported the sound app.
