The Co is NOT "diluted to the core"- no where near-

current structure is 2.2 bil out.
authorized 10 bil
No dilution all last year.

The sad problem here is we have a person trying to wear all hats who comes across very "flat".

The product Acnease is selling well.
The Co will probably achieve positive cash flow in 2017.
We just need PROPER promotion.
Eventually it will run hard.
