I am just frustrated thru TWO reverse Splits so I never post on this Board.

I will be declaring a loss on this stock if they are bought out whether or not I get shares converted to the new Company or not.

BTW:

I did not start the Buyout Rumor here.

Somebody else did and I was answering them.

I hate Big Pharma.
