Meet our Chief Executive Officer:

Robert Rico is the C.E.O for Grand Havana coffee company, the
makers and distributors specializing in Cuban espresso coffee
and teas.

Robert is responsible for all of GHT capital expenditures. The
company will be filing its form S1 registration statement
alongside the much awaited form 10/IPO.

In this role, he is focused on more closely aligning the Investment Institutions and
Broker Dealers to support Grand Havana's growth strategy and
ensure the company truly operates as a customer-centric
organization. He also oversees investors relations and
Communication as well as Grand Havana's digital organization.
Robert serves on GH Executive Committee.

In addition to serving as CEO prior to this role, Robert was also
CEO of a specialized beverage company with oversight of the
companies businesses development. He has been a key driver of
GH transformation and value creation leading up to and following
its initial public offering in January 2017. Under his leadership,
GH has completed financial improvements that have driven
greater value for the company’s stakeholders.

Robert joined GH as an executive of Strategies and Financing in 2016.
Robert has more than 15 years of investment banking, equity
research and corporate experience.

Prior to joining GH, he was CEO for PLKD. He joined PLKD and lead it at a critical time
during its global restructuring. Spearheading the Divestiture
team, he managed over 40 transactions, including the IPO of
VIVA Entertainment, a tech-media company, and the sale of
Expert Group (Correspondent Lending Company).

Prior to GH, Robert was managing director of Alchemist Funds.
There he was a team leader for Financial Services, composed of
numerous professionals covering investment banks, commercial
banks, consumer finance.

For seven years prior, he was
managing director of RR Investments Group where he advised
companies in corporate finance and M&A transactions.

Robert received the key to the city of Miami and was
proclamated on November 2009. He is a devoted father and
advocated animal lover.
