Thanks again but this level of detail may be too much for bystanders like me to process and understand. In summary, though, I think what we're interested in here is what Max Sound owns and therefore how much they might conceivably profit from any eventual award or settlement after the lawyers are paid.

When you say that Max Sound doesn't "own own" a named interest in the patents, it's not reassuring.
