SDVI stated around Feb 1st NOT on Feb 1st. As you see from the over the weekend they clearly said they files the financials and going otc current to close 4 mergers so we are days away but its happening for sure imo otherwise they would not be going current and stating all this on the record. Plus this came from Kens other deal so imo these companies are done deal merger here anyways cause Ken is majority shareholder .... Any smart savvy investor like myself can do the DD.
