"Expected closing date for the transaction is February 1,2017". Looks like Feb to me. Direct from the January 11, 2017 PR.

1,000% agreed. Company doesn't spend the money it has doing financials and getting things current and then not follow through. Company said financials would be done by the 1st.... and he followed through EARLY. Financials being completed were the first step.
