The most recent info is a response to the examiner. The examiner feels the combination of DZP and a2-73 is a no-brainer for a common person and not a novel invention. There was a phone interview and the response has some really good counter arguments...the patent office has a certain amount of time to respond. I think as long as the multiple data points show synergy and the counter argument of whether or not synergy is to be expected by a layman is good enough...we should get approval.
