However, some deficiency is not the issue pointed to in the ORIGINAL filing in 2015, not 2016. Those are the audit points caught in December 2014, as stated IN THE ORIGINAL financial report. I've given the link, over and over again with the headers to establish the date of the specific document's publication on SEC Edgar. It can't get any clearer than that. Republication doesn't make the points from December 2014, first published in 2015, for purposes of getting them Sarbanes-Oxley compliant, the equivalent of an admission to the Phase Five allegations from October 2015, as referenced by the Sunday Times in May 2016.

The Sunday Times, while quoting the original report correctly, misstates the timing by misunderstanding the original timing, and apparently following Phase Five's lead, when they should have independently determined the truth of the matter and confirmed the ACTUAL timing of the audit point in the financial statement from 2015 originally, as stated to have been a part of the December 2014, end of year Audit process.

This is not ambiguous.
