i have probable cause to believe ther is a 10K coming.

I have heard(shhh) some saying this thing might go the Moon.

Now i cant verify it is true until we see it or dont, but longs are saying a real bloody short mess is brewin.

I have probable cause to believe that there may be a problem now involving the SEC, but I do not know what it is exactly or the extent of it. I sold my shares today because I did not want them stuck in a halt, and then lose all my money when it opens at subpenny.

I also know that the 10k is not coming soon. It's been verified that it will be next week at the soonest.

Also, the chart looks bad, and the environment looks bad including shortselling, MM manipulation, lack of communication from the company, bashing, and the NY Post article. I am afraid the stock will keep going down.

With that said, I am still watching, and if no bad news comes in the next few days, I may still want to invest with CSHD.

Sorry about the confusion. I am not a basher. Just stating my views, and wanted to share with anyone who may be interested in this information. There is a lot of money at stake here, and it's better to be open minded.

I have seen a lot of penny stock scams, where everyone ignored the bashers, but the bashers turned out to be right. And everybody lost tons of money.
