Problem with SEC could be the DTC share count. They may need bigger guns, did you ever think of that. What if SEC halts and it does not open sub pennies but rather $25.00, then you missed the boat.

It's the dumbest post I've ever read: I have probable cause to believe... but I don't know why.... SEC may halt.... don't know why.... it's been verified no 10K this week, but I won't say how.....I've sold my shares... I may buy back in..... sorry for the confusion.... I'm not a basher...... Why do you keep making the same post?

I have a lot of respect for you. That has not changed even in light of your recent change in support for this stock. It troubles me, however, that I am starting to think your motive is to scare others out of their shares so that you can buy yours back at a lower price.

I also find it ironic that previously I considered you one of the most honest posters here and considered bud750 as absolutely the least honest. This seems like a very unlikely association IMO and it has me puzzled.
