No. Those numbers on otcmarkets are as of Aug 24 2016. There was some selling of shares by ahole Mark Newbauer the former CEO from that time frame to it was taken over by Robert Weber and the Pao Group around mid October. You can see it on the chart. The PaO Group and Ceo Robert Weber have not issued a single share to the OS. That I know for a fact!
