The OTC states the O/S at 605,183,464

The O/S was 605,183,464 long after
Aug 2016 and into at least Dec. I'll have to
check the Dec and Jan posts to know
when the last O/S check was with the TA.

The new O/S is now 655,183,464 - 50 M
higher since Dec/Jan.

It is only logic that Dr. Bernard is issued
stock in PAO Group Inc if he is joining it.

I think that Mark increased the Float only
- and not the O/S - by selling his non restricted
shares - which had the effect of dilution.
