Eagle if we had the same number for shares as we had a few years back we would be at $1.00

Now we we 4 times (or greater) the number of outstanding shares and are looking at $.25

Yes, and the same market cap. Simple math:

Prior 200,000,000 mill shs at 1.00 = 200 mill market cap.

Now, 800,000,000 mill shs at .25 = 200 mill market cap.

What is the point? Looking back, or looking forward? If you're still looking back, then you might want to write-in vote your shares for the prior CEO, instead of wanting the new one to succeed.

There is no doubt that the market cap has gone up over the last couple of years, but I interpreted Eagle's comment to be more of a short term observation. If in the past, rumor drove share price spikes, why haven't the latest press releases (purchase of Eontec die casting machine and new facility) and rumors regarding those facts caused the share price to rise? Despite the press releases, the share price has remained relatively stable between $0.20 and $0.25 over the last few months.

Always important to check reality:

Before Steipp: 47 million O/S

I don't care what expectations anybody has,
the reality is that we will have to deal with the dilution
which keeps us on this damn penny board.
