what we have is, incredibly, a share reduction coming per last PR and per company emails.....when we already have a SS so tight, that yesterday during the short panic sell, the spread was .0064 to .01: insanely awesome for the mgt to want to do this.
They want to uplist, and if they have no debt or converts, and want to lower the SS...we could maybe do it the old fashioned way and just have the pps rise to said uplisting requirement in time!
