And Rich/ICNB is the Licensor, correct, or not?
If correct- "Bellissima is obligated to pay the Bellissima Licensor a Royalty Fee equal to 10% of monthly sales."

So what does that mean? IMO,and my opinion only as I read it, it means ICNB/Rich will only make 10% of monthly sales. That's not nearly what you all have been projecting. Do the math.
