Ok, good point. My thought was that the dilution and new shares hitting the market caused downward pressure on the stock and more shorting, as dilutions often do. Hopefully we won't see it happen again after/if we get an AXAL deal considering how much cash we already have on the balance sheet now. My interest is seeing the stock get up to fair value in the $20s.

Exactly. The private placement did not cause or justify the significant decline below the placement price.
