=You can't participate in management/board decisions without being considered an insider. You can't be an insider and trade freely.=

Exactly.. and the legal wheel is still in spin. IMO from the removal of Glenn Bolduc on there was NOBODY watching out for shareholders. McGann became CEO because PLATINUM demanded it.

Bill McGann violated his duty as CEO. IMO as McGann was likely Platinum Controlled and IMO lied over and over to shareholders such as that VICTORY LAP speech.. IMO McGann violated his fiduciary relationship to shareholders. Wet Lies and Dry Lies. All the same. He damaged shareholders and I would like to see McGann charged with something and claw back some of his CIC money and whatever else he was given to sell out investors.

I am no legal beagle. But 18 U.S. Code § 4 - Misprision of felony comes to mind.

Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a court of the United States, conceals and does not as soon as possible make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.
