Doctors may have to submit a "Letter of Medical Necessity" stating the reason of need. It would be an appeal process where insurance companies would decide the outcome. If there becomes a high enough demand for 2-73 and enough evidence proving efficacy, it seems the cost burden to care for AD victims would be reduced.
