No that indicates a dump. Newly minted stock was sold from a block position throughout the day and that was the cover trade by the broker from the seller.

Large T-trades like that are almost ALWAYS dilution.

The price of 0.000788 shows the 1.5% commission taken off the price...as the sells were likely at 0.0008
