In fact, I never did buy that argument. Though you might be right, if there is money to be made in promising biotechs, there will be money to invest. I think if Baker Brothers, for example. Once Ph2/3 starts, we might see an increase in tute participation.

yes that list is a Net increase of 1M shares.

Current total of the institution list is 4.66 M shares. So the 1M increase this last quarter is a significant percentage increase.
