Th only thing that Google could help me understand about that paragraph is the Weimar thing and it doesn't interest me a bit.

We're talking about a press release from JULY, right? Has Berman or any other company official exhibited the behavior that offends you so, or disparaged the Tauriga case value since then?
Did I miss some public Berman statements? If so, please point me to them. Otherwise it seems that people are attributing words to the respective CEO's that they never spoke. I guess that's easier than laying out the virtues of the respective company's operations.
