Share structure indeed is a disaster. I don't know if it's still worthed to invest. Very disappointed on how the stock moved the last 3 years.

Long answer ; From the LBSR 10 Q made 9.16.2016 for the quarter ending 7.31.2016:

"Big Chunk Super Project: The Big Chunk Super Project located in the Iliamna region of Southwestern Alaska:After much caution and thought, we have decided to no longer put any funds into Big Chunk due to the current status of the EPA. If the situation becomes clarified next year, we believe we will have the opportunity to reacquire strategic claims within the area." [p.10]
