Unfortunately Sherlock, it says "key management" have you not considered that it may have been more than Linda affected and therefore causing delays ?

I'd rather have her and key management working on those numbers and whatever else they need to do, rather than going to random conferences to give presentations, if the presentation is not pivotal.

Recovering from a bad cold can often take a while as well, and travel can cause a relapse. Not a huge concern here if she decided to allow someone who was healthy otherwise to go. That was probably the best decision from my perspective.

There's nothing funny going on at all. Today's 8k, as in Jan 23rd, refers to late last week and late last week would coincide w Jan 19th not Jan 13th.

Regarding the 8k, as simple as the explanation, received high marks in my book simply because they followed up w their Dec 8th PR. The Dec 8th PR said a possible follow-up in 2 weeks and the reason why it's taking so much longer needed to be explained. Kudos for doing that.
