MJ stocks, a doorway to further dumb investing?

Had to look up AM which is an alternative name for 3D printing that's always looked scammy to me. I guess AM was created because 3D printing was becoming tainted by all the failures in that sector.

When will IHUBers learn not to chase fads? Doesn't ANYONE own a sensible diversified portfolio of real stocks?
