LOL...So what happened to the silly 3-year old speculation that S-1 was worthless because it could not be verified and all was written by the companies for the companies??? now it is investors bible??? oh boy! LOL

Company is going to share the news that they want to share with public WHEN they are ready. They won't be pressured by baseless speculations and frankly by not putting any PR out or selling any shares for some time they have practically shown they don't give a hoot about speculations either. :-D

Isn't the S-1 the document that many investors use to decide
