That was debunked a weeks ago. Where else in this 112 pages is PKGM mentioned? What arrangements involve PKGM?

Vert apparently reused a template without clearing it. What does the management of PKGM say when you ask about their involvement, or share exchange arrangements?

If subsidiary was going to purchase PkGM there would have been no need for SPCL reverse merger to go public. I think wishful thinking goggles are worse than beer goggles at times.
