Perhaps something is prohibiting him from saying anything. Something else in the works that would have to come out and then be construed as "stock manipulation.
Very tough to say without knowing and that is where we are at.
Like I said in a previous post. The SBV pilot has not been showing as started by the DOE, I read into that something was very wrong until I found the S4W update, then have since waffled to something may be VERY RIGHT.
Lets say that maybe starting with the $300,000.00 voucher kept NEAH from being able to qualify for a larger grant, say an SBIR/STTR grant which could be used for things outside lab time, like maybe actual company development alongside product development. If that grant were possibly many times larger, maybe he has a possible alternate path available. This is a "what if" scenario.
We do know this: S4W has test data for either or both the Power Chip battery and Fuel Cell.
I would think D'Couto would have had actual test data in hand when he went to the Defense Innovation Tech Challenge, that would be very compelling data. I have it here and I have it now and can make it available with proper funding is a VERY compelling argument.
Until we see the Filings which may have a hint, or we hear from D'Couto we will not know for sure. I know people are clamoring for Argonne updates and he is giving us nothing.
