I totally agree. It is bothersome to me that they do not have someone that is in charge of the pr department at this moment in time. I'm sure it will change at some point. Hopefully sooner than later. I have been in communication with the people at biotech precision. If you do not want to call they have a pretty decent response time via Facebook messenger as well. Not only that but with Facebook messenger it is nice bc you can see when a message has been read. That way you are not sitting around wondering if you ever got through to someone.
