My concern about Biotech Precision is that according to Whois, their website was just recently created on 2016-06-08.

That's the exact same date that KC Global Holdings Ltd. registered with the Nevada SOS with the same address as SHOM.

Also, another concern is that the homemedy.com website is registered to Miguel Dotres who I understand works with Adam Rossique.

I'd like to get clarification on TB Group's capability to extend a $180MM credit line to an OTC ticker as well.
