Sorry to hear you've been set back, Stuffie. Listening to our body is difficult at times and we get ahead of ourselves and try to do something we shouldn't. I'm glad to hear that you didn't suffer a break in your ankle.
So rest up and let your body heal itself and then you can get back to playing field hockey with the grand kids.
If your team is not playing today I hope you enjoy the games. Personally, I like the steely coolness of Rodgers. I don't think there is anyone tossing a ball that is more accurate.
