Thank you for the information. May I ask how many shares you own?

PS I hope your right.

Do you know that a company's CEO can act as their registered agent? It's not a tough job. In fact, it's so easy Legal Zoom can do it. https://www.legalzoom.com/sem/business/registered-agent/registered-agent.html?kid=c380791b-a7df-471d-993a-460de54cd336&utm_source=bing&utm_medium=cpc&utm_term=registered_agent&utm_campaign=BIZ_|_Registered_Agent&cvokid=c380791b-a7df-471d-993a-460de54cd336&matchtype=e&cvosrc=ppc.bing.registered_agent&utm_content=78546362744501&cvo_crid=78546362744501&cvo_pid=1256741796825837&cvo_nk=o

As to their financing arrangements and "insider buys", we'll have to wait for Pickett to file something at OTCMarkets where he hasn't seen fit to post anything for over a year now. Much as he hasn't seen fit to update the City on developments as there hasn't been any. The resigning of the land agreement last month was "just date changes in the new submission", as per city official.

But to the link of insider buys you posted, together with the latest "buy" that we know was really salary payment, do you suppose that the currently known A/S of 5B has been maxed out? Since Pickett has now failed to pay their fees at Nevada, they've revoked their registration. That's usually the source of our finding out when the A/S has been increased and by how much.

Finally, where on earth do you get a $45,000 land value for the 640 acres they have an agreement on? Even if the primary acre value is $45,000, which there's no evidence of that I've seen, you can't apply that to the entire 640 acres. If that were the true value, the lease agreement would be prohibitively expensive for Pickett to afford and to have the owners tie up the land for as long as it's been for what little Pickett is paying.

The actions the last 5-6 months have gained my attention

It's the INaction that's important to note. The only "action" there's been is transactions in shares, which as proven by the last Form 4 where they had the P as did the others, was actually denoted as salary reimbursement. Transactions, which I noted, raise the question of what the current A/S and O/S is. Unfortunately, I don't know if we'll ever find out because they no longer file at Nevada SOS or OTCMarkets.

Your guesstimate of the property values for empty farmland in San Luis is a little high. Small lots are only a couple of thousand per acre. Bigger lots get a volume discount. I saw several listings for only a thousand per acre.
