OH my guys..... First off i hope you all have a great weekend. I don't usually do a post of this length, but my girlfriend is being lame and only made it through 2 Netflix episodes.

First of all, I don't know if anyone is familiar with Barry Olson but he is the agent/attorney for Arizona Green Power LLC (Solar Wind Energy Tower). Below you can see a better source to sum up the chatter that was going on regarding the address being displayed. Hopefully the picture shows up, if not I have included the website link, you just have to scroll down the page until you hit Arizona Green Power. 101 E 2nd is their agents address.

Arizona Green Power LLC

Going onto the Conversion of note amount of $100,000.... I do not think this was a strategy implemented to dodge taxes. Why I say this is because..

Original note was amount of $100,000 - BUT it was converted into shares of 686,877,778 @ .00018 or .0002 which simply represents a gain of $20,000-30,000 if you multiply share count by conversion price. To my knowledge of accounting for convertible notes this would be considered a taxable gain and not a strategy to dodge taxes.

To Nomad mentioning open market transactions.... Below is a LINK from NASDAQ website. They were indeed open market transactions. Now I don't know if your familiar with dark pool trading, but they are exchanges that are not accessible to the public. This is probably what we are dealing with. They are complex, but you can look into it. Below is the LINK that specifically states it was open market because it saids "The summary totals only include open market transactions" and if you go to the summary, the last transaction is included. Here is the link

SWET Insider Actions

To Slojab stating the payday may come where they promote and dump... Well this is always a possibility right? The problem with this thought is that historically they have never done that. Insider ownership levels just continues to go up. To be honest, when investors were unloading shares back in the day, SWET wasn't dumping they were actually buying.

Hopefully this information helps out, and helps you understand I'm not just some knucklehead trying to create happiness for newbies.

Now if any of you are interested in my opinion looking forward: I do think something is building up behind the scenes. The actions the last 5-6 months have gained my attention. Not going to lie, I was about to dump my investment a while ago and glad I didn't. This second attempt to sign the development agreement really makes me think they may have financing in place.

$45,000 per acre @ 640 acres is a very big financing if it goes through. I know they haven't done much in a while and I think Ron is truly committed. What is he 70 years old? I find it hard to believe with all the money he has made with previous companies that he is in this to pump and dump. I rather take my chances on financing and see that market cap accelerate from 600K to 30M+ if it were to happen.

Call me crazy, but I just like too much of what I see here to think otherwise at this point.
